Please double check that the e-mail you have specified in an order placement form is correct and accurate, as any misprint may cause accidental delivery errors.
In case you are certain about the accuracy of indicated mailbox and yet have not received an email with your order, we kindly ask you to check your junk mail box before reaching out to us.
Please mind that as long as the e-mail delivered to you by default contains both the purchased items and the download instructions, by clicking the download link you automatically confirm order receival.
